Have 2 amd workstations that hate usb devices… constant disconnects etc. my i9 doesn’t have an issue. I’ve known amd has issues with usb sound but it seems to have gotten worse with Microsoft #windows and amd driver updates.

Purchased #Insta360 Link 2 camera before holidays looking to upgrade webcam when I stream & i hate it - the thing overheats & shuts off mid stream around 1 hr - 2 hour mark a lot causing it to temporarily shutdown & restart.
Think I'm going to pick up the #obsbot meet 2 4k instead.

Altered Carbon was canceled. I loved the first season. The second season didn't care for it as much but still didn't want to see it canceled.

Decided to pickup a Christmas gift for me. Kosi k7 dac. Been wanting to upgrade my audio experience for my headsets. All my wireless headsets allow for wired conn and I hear the k7 dac delivers impressive sound. They come in tomorrow which will be just in time for Xmas 🎄🎄 😄 #audiophile #twitch

So #ATT decided to give me early Christmas present... No Internet for you! Apparently a terminal box somewhere in Chicago decided to call it quits for holiday. Won't have Internet for up to 48 hours 😭

So built a #twitch highlight clipper using #python, whisper transcription, #Gemini and ffmpeg and it's actually running decently with options for 15-30-60s.. detection of loud noises, death sequences, excitement of player in webcam, etc and exports in various sizes. Took a couple days of coding...

This why I stopped using #Unity for projects... Seems every other yr they change fee structures. I'm probably never going to hit 25 mill in annual sales but it's troubling having them revise various license agreements almost yearly. Sooner or later it'll prob affect you.

Just procedural colony work. I have map w traffic & daily npc routines but migrated from 5.6 to 5.7 & it broke some stuff so I'm debugging it but decided to take break & check out some of the views. Also some textures seem affected

Wow I just heard Buck Rogers passed away today !!!
Had such great memories watching that show. Erin Gray was one of my first crushes and I loved watching the reruns growing up- loved the music and action in that show.

So I've been able to migrate everything over from #unrealengine 5.4 to 5.6 --- this week I'm going to finish some last min networking fixes for off world hyperdrive feature that cropped up in the move, once fixed plan on moving to 5.7 right away before doing more dev work.

Was at a client today & they were so upset that someone in their IT department had pushed a policy down that restricted their #Gemini. The woman at the front desk went so far to say without it, she would have such a hard time replying to her emails until it was figured out?!? That's just craziness.

Been on intermittent fasting for 2 months. Went from a size 38-39 to just under 36. Been eating really well also when I do break the fasts.. here are some of this month's fast breakers.
