Currently wearing a mask in my own home because I need the windows open to lower the humidity, but the air quality outside is terrible, so opening the windows also means the particulate matter reading on my air quality meter has gone from 2 to 35…. 🙃

Breathing is getting really bad again :< The air quality has been pretty awful in my area…. and today I cannot get the humidity in my apartment to go below 64%, and it’s supposed to be at least under 60 and ideally lower. I still can’t get an appointment with my doctor until late January… help 😭

My regular doctor doesn’t have any appointments open until LATE JANUARY 😰 so I was STRESSED, but I was able to get a video appointment with another doctor to get my inhalers refilled, and he also put me on a second round of corticosteroids. HOPING FOR THE BEST 🤞

Most of today was a really bad breathing day…. but after taking an evening shower and taking my night dose of my new daily inhaler, I feel sooooo much better 🙏✨

My recovery has become kind non-linear lol… I backslid a little when I finished the corticosteroids, and then a little better for a couple of days? And I thought I was okay to take the bus and then walk a few blocks to an appointment yesterday, but I may have pushed myself too far actually ;;;;;
