Probably the best result for The Traitors UK. The remaining didn’t do enough to earn it. They played a blinder. Great TV

Sometime I get so stuck in work I forget to post, but the fantastic Queerz Night raised over £3,000 for @lgbthero.org.uk at their Sports Battle Table Quiz last week. Unbelievabley grateful for their support. 💙

December 26th in Ireland is boring AF. What do you mean you’re forcing me to do nothing cos most shops are closed? I prefer to do that when everything is open. Sake.

A simple google search seeing if intersex men might have wombs would have prevented this stupid post.

The eradication of intersex people is real. They exist and can show you that both sex and gender is not binary. Basic science.

One reason to save cinemas. They stop people looking at their phones during the whole movie and actually watch the movie.

If the EBU are too gutless to do the right thing, then it’s down to the viewers to sort this mess out. There’s no Eurovision without viewers and voters. Don’t watch it. Don’t vote. Let Israel win and that’ll be the end of it. It can always be rebuilt. #eurovision

Wrote a piece on the resilience the LGBTQ+ community has in a crisis and how we must use that resilience if we want to see lasting change in our community's mental health and wellbeing

In Finding Calm in Chaos we explore how LGBTQ+ communities build lifelines when the system fails — from midnight group chats to grassroots care, from exclusion in shelters to peer support that saves lives.

I always use this day as a ‘reset’ day where look back over the last 12 months and think about what I’d like from the next. If there’s a day you should be selfish it’s #WorldMentalHealthDay.
This #WorldMentalHealthDay, we’re reminding ourselves of one thing... we already have the tools to build a happier, healthier community. We at LGBT HERO promise to keep fighting for better health, for equal rights and the opportunity for all LGBTQ+ people to have the chance for a happier life.

I just got reminded that 14 years ago today I went to see Alan Carr live at Wembley. I have no memory of this. Seriously. As far as I remember I went for after work drinks before I went there and clearly I got shitfaced that i don’t remember this. Awful. I was 26 at the time so leave me alone.

Okay, I'm doing it. I'm wearing trousers for the first time since Spring. Tried with the shorts today but I had to give it up. My milk bottles were cold.

This should pretty much confirm Isreal's exit but how it's done will be interesting. The EBU is spineless.

Might be a stupid question but is there a way to get analytical data on this app? I want @lgbthero.org.uk to be posting more here as there's a large LGBTQ+ audience but funders love data and it's hard to know our impact on here. Will still increase our posts here but access to data would be helpful

Just a reminder that's it's the RVT / @lgbthero.org.uk Sports Day on Monday from 1pm at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens (Behind the RVT). It's our biggest fundraising event of the year and all the money raised goes to support and enhance our support groups for LGBTQ+ people. www.lgbthero.org.uk/sportsday

Calling all former smokers living in London. You could be the face of a new London wide Stop Smoking campaign. More info below 👇
Stop Smoking London needs you for a new campaign!

We need LGBTQ+ people who are former smokers to star in the new campaign and talk on camera about their journey to giving up smoking. Your story could help others to become smoke free.

Have your say about home-based social care in Lambeth.

The London Borough of Lambeth wants to hear the views, needs and experiences of LGBTQ+ residents.

Anyone could need home-based care at some point in future, which is why they want to hear from you now.

Just got reminded I joined @lgbthero.org.uk 15 years ago today. 15 years! Original plan was spend 1 year in London and head back to Ireland. Let’s call it a long diversion still in motion
