I am an exec search consultant. I once gave a (I thought humorous) presentation where I acted out a lot of these lines (plus “we’re a mom & pop shop!”) while telling the audience they were/going to likely be underpaid/poorly treated at any place that says this stuff. I saw tears in someone’s eyes… 😞
