I don't think Zohran Mamdani's win as NYC's presumptive Democratic mayoral nominee has larger implications for Democrats nationwide. Cuomo was extremely unpopular, and Mamdani positioned himself as a populist. No two communities are the same. www.politico.com/news/magazin...
