Putting someone in hospice doesn't mean that you're stopping any & all care. It means you're giving care appropriate to the reality of the situation.
We "doomers" are the hospice nurses, death doulas, & ecological chaplains of a dead & dying planet. It doesn't mean we don't take palliative action.

I want fossil fuels left in the ground and for humans to quit breeding and consuming so much. Progressives (which I consider myself) latch onto the idea of "green energy" without understanding the full story or doing the math, and billionaires are simply laughing all the way to the bank as a result.
