Theres been a lot of good things this year but honestly ive been miserable
I think this is the worst my mental health has been for an extended period - this year and last I have just been getting worse and worse

Spent the day moving files from my dads laptop to a usb stick (which were double, triple, ect saved all over the place so im makinh sure theres no doubles on the usb) and god i just want a computer job where i input data and nobody talks to me

I definitely understand what people mean when they say with adhd meds you have to learn how to direct your focus because i am definitely Focusing its just not necessarily on the things i need to be focusing on

With all this awful news going on i wanna ask this question once again to fellow artists and general creatives. What got YOU into art? what sparked that motivation to start writing? what made you wanna pick up a camera and start taking pics? Like share with us your reasons.

Realising that the difference between my feelings as a player and a DM is that as a DM I know my players are having fun and its definitely in large part due to me facilitating it
As a player, I dont have that - its not my game, the responsibility is a lot less but the response is also less and i -

Im a lot more used to DM crash but player crash hits me badly and feels awful

Also bc like. it has affected more than my adhd; its had a very direct affect on my anxiety, and my depression
But im still not well - I'm not suddenly healthy and functional
I think it also does interact with my CFS because im not napping as much which is nice
Helps but doesnt fix

I think when you have a bunch of issues and comorbidities you start to worry that its all just this one thing and you're making up and exaggerating the rest
But it also feels weird and wrong to feel that as relief
