Solar capacity is expected to triple based on new projects in the pipeline.

Total global solar capacity, including all projects in construction and planned, is expected to reach almost 3 terawatts, with 80% concentrated in just 15 countries.

By Oct 2025, India has deployed 25 GW of new solar capacity -- matching 2024's total additions ☀️

Meanwhile, coal is entering a new phase as plant load factors keep falling, making them costlier and more challenging to operate flexibly.

We often forget how far we have come: Today almost 3/4 of EU electricity generation is from non-fossil energy sources.

It is not long ago that fossil fuels dominated the EU's electricity mix.

This year their share is approaching 1/4 of EU electricity generation.
