This is a fantastic lager. I used an enormous amount of Saaz hop and let it lager for 6 weeks. Beautiful flavor. I pressure ferment all of my beer.

Altbier. Old - beer. One of my favorites to brew. Creamy mouth feel with a hint of vanilla. Perfectly carbonated. Wow! A malt finish. Reminds me of eating Bit O Honey as a kid. Perfect name for a perfect beer. Bit*O*Honey.

I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that the orange menace was part of an international child sex syndicate trafficking girls from Mar-a-Largo to Epstein Island. And last I checked the US doesn't have a good track record for regime change.
