看到關於少女在麥當勞打工被性侵的案件報導與討論後，想提醒同學們注意一些關於性侵案件舉證的一些重點:「簡單的說，強暴就是『非合意的性交』。在強暴件案中，除了證明原告、被告雙方發生性交之外，還要證明該次性行為『並非合意』性交。性交的部份，由於原告/受害人身上留有被告/加害人的DNA，因此比較容易被證實。比較困難的部份，是去證明該次性交並非『合意性交。』」

關於有同學支持麥當勞一事，九年前我寫過一篇關於菁英主義的文章，似乎今日仍然適用。當時那篇文章標題不是我下的，是報社編輯下的。我投稿時的標題是:「菁英政治、還是民主政治?」相關內容摘要如下:
「菁英族群在獲得知識的過程裡，也可能同時得到一些偏見。比方，十八、十九世紀時，英美大學中的菁英幾乎都是中產階級白種男性，而他們一般家裡都有蓄奴，而且也認為女性不宜參政等。因此，如果這些「菁英」得到權力的話，弱勢族群—包括原住民、黑人、女人、窮人—都永遠別想出頭天。」
