And may I add, as a teacher and a scientist, that while you’re entitled to your opinion, not all opinions should be treated with equal respect. “The world is round” and “the world is flat” do not both deserve equal air time.

We need old guard dems out. The time to collaborate ended years ago. Now is the time to fight, and fight the way the GOP does. Concede nothing. Fight everything.
Democracy is literally at stake.

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.
Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

I stole this because I don't go to that other site, but this is scary. When the claims of 150 year old people getting SS came out, I knew it was "placeholder" data in the system. I've seen this in multiple systems over the years. However, I didn't know that COBOL defaults to this. Blatant lies
