The star jasmine is in full bloom, and the floral scent is going right through the house.

Quite lovely, really.

A Night in Town

A shame they never finished Parliament House. It was supposed to have a dome in the centre of it.

Stand up and be proud Australia.

Having a former opposition Deputy Leader (and potential Deputy Prime Minister of Australia) on the right and said politician so blind drunk he falls on the footpath and continues his phone call….might not be the worst thing a politician could do.

MacRobertsons Chocolates Factory, Fitzroy. Now apartments.

The company was eventually taken over by Cadbury.

And a few other photos from Fitzroy.

Found the tweet that Joyce Carol Oates bodied Elon Musk with and it's so beautiful in its eloquent, simple take down. So much so he's crashing out trying to prove he reads books now. Put this in the Louvre.

This weeks been busy with attending to a body that is getting old.

This week, I’ve been to the dentist, physio and my skin cancer specialist. You’re just not Australian if you don’t say that last phrase at least once a year. 😅

Photo of my big head with me coming off second best with a skin biopsy.

Great weather in Melbounre today.

Which, of course, means that tomorrow we're in store for cyclonic winds. 😅

Walking home from the dentist. A French Cafe.

Trilogy of Terror - 1975

I saw this on TV as a kid. Don’t know how my parents let me. But I remember it being a hot summer night.

The final story of the trilogy scared the shit out me. Surprised at how much I remembered.

Dropped 1 star because the first two stories are not great.

Little known fact. It was not the English who were the first Europeans to set foot on the ancient lands of Australia.
