Some of the Art and flavor to make individual cards makes sense is genius, but lack of story to underpin why there are suddenly several spider people or spider riders (or at least visible story to public, cause im sure theres a style guide) makes this feel MORE disconnected from magic, not less

I'm happy that i only have the temptation to buy in paper now
One of my favorite {1} Decks is Mono Green fliers, the additions from the main set are great at having solid mana with a healthy life total, while the ones from commander pack a punch to go tall or wide to make up for lack of stats in the underpowered archetype.

Was dusting off old custom set/world projects i haven't touched since GDS3, which got me thinking.
If there's a GDS4, what's the likelihood that part of the final challenge is making a Universes Beyond style prompt ?(possibly something in public domain to not tip the hand on future projects)

Racecar vroom vroom set seems to have some of the best revisits carefully crafted to flesh out and fully realize worlds, heavy with themes of revolution, reformation, and colonization.
I had written this set as a pass, but its now got potential to be a favorite.
