Everyone saying "wait for the motives" is correct, but it's worth remembering that the motives are often incoherent conspiracy stuff. Princip and Booth are the exceptions - most of the time it's "trying to impress Jodie Foster" or "I demand an ambassadorship" or "I like Charles Manson"
