Happy (American) Thanksgiving! Since the H or H series hasn’t tackled Thanksgiving or Plymouth Colony yet, here’s a non-film social studies recommendation: Beyond Pilgrim Hats and Turkey Hands by Christie & Montgomery. A great read on using holidays to teach citizenship, not crafts.
