Happy birthday James Silas. Before there was Mr. Fourth Quarter, there was Captain Late. Here he is at the HemisFair Arena in San Antonio for the ABA’s eighth All-Star Game along with his two Spurs teammates George Gervin and Swen Nater. Giddy-up!
