I don't think all use of AI is bad but I do think too many companies think it's a solution for everything. Here's a great example. (Clipped from today's Morning Brew email newsletter.)

I know there's a lot going on out there and sometimes the anxiety ramps up. But we should take a cue from my friend here and close our eyes, take a deep breath and relax a moment.
Of course it doesn't hurt to know you can always just eat someone's face off.

I know there's a lot going on out there and sometimes the anxiety ramps up. But we should take a cue from my friend here and close our eyes, take a deep breath and relax a moment.

My grocery delivery yesterday contained single serve cans of cold brew coffee with milk, large containers of plain black cold brew, and whole bean coffee for when I want to make regular coffee at home. I'm surprised the delivery didn't come with a complimentary "Are you ok in there?!" welfare check.

There needs to be a better way to get details updated in Google Maps. Somehow our address points to the wrong house now so any service that uses them for mapping is delivering our stuff to the wrong place. I've submitted the request to fix it but how in the world did it get changed to begin with???
