Nearly eight (!!!) years since I started making notes for/talking/thinking about this book, and the latest draft has just gone in. It is (hopefully) publishing in May next year in the UK/Ireland with 4th Estate, and June in the US with Scribner.

Jerusalem, a protester was arrested. She was holding a sign that the police didn’t like; when an officer grabbed it, she tried to take it back and was then arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer 😡.
