The Stone itself? Beautiful, very valuable. I’d have kept it safe. The way they treat it in the book — extremely careless. And the sorting hat — amazing concept, but I’d improve it. Best hats, best sorting, tremendous efficiency.

Hagrid? Great guy, loyal, huge hands — everyone loves Hagrid. But giving him the keys to Hogwarts’ secrets? Maybe a bit much. Dumbledalf? Weak. Very weak. Letting children face Voldemort in the final challenge? TOTAL DISASTER. I’d have fired half the staff and solved it in FIVE MINUTES.
