Rickety Cricket update: I've modified the frame to remove the "attic" space, which will become a separate assembly.
I also modified the "basement" to allow for a slide-out tray containing all of the electronics.
Less obviously, I regenerated all of the 3030 extrusions using Misumi's HFS6 profiles.
