The combination of a firm mattress and a body pillow works best for me.
October 2, 2025 at 1:52 PM
What kind of mattress works for a hypermobile body?
No simple answer, but we ask now and then because tech and trends evolve.

Memory foam, hybrid, futon, smart-bed, or a stack of layers like the princess & the pea?
Share your wins, fails, and top tips.

Communicating the reality of dynamic chronic illness is tough when others don’t see the shifts.
Join us Wed 24 Sept, 7pm BST to learn how to bridge that gap with clarity and compassion.
