💔 HK$13.7 per meal? That’s what 300,000+ migrant domestic workers in #HK survive on.
Minimum wage raised 2.2% → HK$5,100 (USD657). Food allowance frozen 2 years → HK$13.7 (USD1.8) per meal. Not enough for a Filet-O-Fish.
They deserve fair wages & proper allowances! 💪

4 years after its forced dissolution, the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions remains a powerful symbol of worker solidarity. It fought for a minimum wage, collective bargaining, and independent unions. Though gone, its spirit of perseverance continues to inspire Hong Kong’s labour movement.

HKLRM: The CCP are liars, they stole HK’s freedoms, breaking every promise. Hong Kong is proof of their betrayal.

Today, on the 11th anniversary of the Umbrella Movement, around 1,000 people gathered in London for the sixth protest against China’s mega embassy. We moved through Chinatown, chanting “CCP, Go To Hell” and “No China Mega Embassy,” while handing out leaflets to restaurant patrons along the way.
