The most unrealistic thing about the Jurassic franchise is the idea that everyone just gets bored of dinosaurs within 40 years of them being resurrected (and rampaging) that the Natural History Museum has to close because no one's interested any more.

Just watched 21 minutes of Lucky Day which somehow recorded with music and background noise, but no dialogue. Thought it was a stylistic choice before deciding to just check on iPlayer and... Nope, spoken dialogue all the way though.

If I can convince the people at the fracture clinic to let me have a picture of my x-ray (last time they said no because of GDPR, wait, it's my ankle?!) I'm going to embroider a matching pair of breakages.

Petition to stop voxpops because all it does is uncritically reiterate misinformation without educating - making opinions based on misinformation self-fulfilling because, well, it was on the news.

Having to ask for people to move their bags so I could sit (of 6 chairs, 3 were occupied by bags) versus being asked to move out of a priority seat so someone else can sit. Is my walking stick invisible today? Am I?

@ohgodwhatnow.bsky.social I don't know about any other patrons, but I definitely think that today's extra bit is worth being on the public feed, important worries about fascism and remembrance and the current climate.
