So supposedly the computer mouse was named after a pet/wild mouse, like the rodent. But what if last century had gone a bit differently? Real mice are too small. What about rats? In 2026 we could all be saying "right-click the rat."

I think there's a nuke simulator still online and my house was safe from a hypothetical blast placed in the middle of the nearest city - until I changed the yield from Little Boy to a thermonuclear bomb.

There are lots of evil Edwards to contend with when talking about Edwards in history, but at least I can relate my name to Edward Hopper. I don't know much about him. But at the very least there's good paintings of trains in there.

The strange "upside" on this one is that I'm following so few people this time around that the feed of new posts to read ends pretty quickly.
