Ahhhh I’m going to have to try this on an ebook reader because it’s my only Android device that I think will run it (not my main ecosystem.)
I like the idea of showing people what their labeler choices might be hiding though.

Is there a lag with @graze.social for updates in changes to social graph? I unfollowed an account I think yesterday or the day before and it's still showing up in a feed with new posts that are supposed to be based on my own social graph... which I thought would be current social graph.

One of my library books returned without me reading it and I realized I really needed to set up a Countdown dashboard for these.
On the library website/apps they reorder not based on date due but based on the last one I looked at.

I keep expecting to see Midnight cat everywhere still.
Just closed the back door & expected him to be sitting there waiting to come in.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.

So I'm not going to buy another ipad for a year so I guess I get to force myself to experiment with upgrading it. I have been avoiding liquid glass so far. I need to give in on some device and see what it looks like.

I don't know why I haven't used these to listen to music until now.
The airpods are better for calls but these seem WAY better for music from what I've sampled tonight going back & forth.
(Plus why does nothing seem to have EQ settings anymore? I remember being able to do granular adjustments.)

The world is sleeping on the usefulness of open ear headphones.
No noise canceling BUT nothing in your ear canal. They go on the ear like an ear cuff.
I however should just always buy the white/lightest color for outdoor sun reasons.
(& I want Apple to make some for the extra features these lack)

Just saw the CEO of Substack celebrating traffic from X/Twitter shooting up thinking they stopped suppressing tweets with links[0]. Actually, this traffic is because now any time you open a tweet with a link, the in-app webview loads in the background, and displays when you press the link.
I run an ecom store that gets a lot of its customers from Twitter. I was also shocked to see my traffic double or triple overnight and thought the algorithm had blessed me and my business. Soon realized what was actually happening. Thought other traffic-monitors might appreciate this explanation.
Meanwhile Nikita Bier is pretending they never suppressed tweets with links to begin with, offering the alternative explanation: "a common complaint is that posts with links tend to get lower reach. This is because the web browser covers the post and people forget to Like or Reply. So X doesn't get a clear signal whether the content is any good"[1]. A bit of a rewriting of history since Elon and his mom both tweeted about how it wasn't fair to use his platform to promote other links/platforms, even banning people who shared profiles of other social networks (including Paul Graham for a period). They suppressed all links shortly after.

The negative about being a regular somewhere and having talked about the cat the last time you were there is the fact that you aren't sure who you've talked about the cat to over months and if you're going to be asked about the cat. And not wanting to sob in the store.

Midnight was also our cat and will be missed immensely. We had 8 of his estimated 16 years.
This is not my cat.
This is Midnight & he is his own cat.
He was also not disclosed on the house listing (an additional bedroom & bathroom weren’t either.)
Neighbors several houses down also take care of him (this house was empty for at least a year.)
