Social media needs to be a bit more social.
Can talk endlessly about product management, SWFC, F1 (TeamLH), knitting and country music.
I'm wary of trusting a single politician after being thoroughly taken in by Nick Clegg way back when, but @zackpolanski.bsky.social really is a breath of fresh air. Every single time I've seen him speak I think we need more of this, hope and humanity are things that should be cherished not squashed.
Tomorrow's episode of Bold Politics is so so rare in British politics: real people who are unafraid to just be themselves for an hour because they know they don't have to protect any vested interests.

It's time for a clearout of robots in Westminster.

I don't imagine the football is gonna be much better for the remaining 7 tbh!

Us Wednesday fans are really getting a great deal this season 😂

Agreed. You see teams having a big turnover of players (Wrexham and Birmingham for example) but they keep key players to help breed the culture they want and improve. What we're enduring is the total opposite.

I don't think the scale of the decimation of #SWFC is fully appreciated.

Only one (1) player from the starting 11 a year ago will be in the starting 11 today (assuming Valery is left out pending his move). The players who have left have been replaced with youth team members or risky loans.

I've bought lots of records from Joel, including my most expensive one so far (Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison in case you're wondering) and they have all arrived quickly, safely and as expected. People can be trash sometimes.
The absolutely melonfarmer.

Like Faith No More said... I care a lot.

This from Alex Miller of @thestar.co.uk sums up my #SWFC feelings far better than I am capable of right now. What Chansiri has done to our club is appalling.

SWFC: Sparsity, sadness and stickers on the elephants - Chansiri has broken Wednesday
Saturday afternoon with Sheffield Wednesday could perhaps have been best summed up in two words; desperately sad. Alex Miller was there and has written a few more.

Feel awful for Morecambe fans, and kinda scared this might happen to us

“We have only days left, literally days.”

In their first public statement since resigning, I spoke to two former directors of Morecambe about the madness of the last month and their fears for the future of the club.

Only two weeks until I head to Silverstone for my 44th birthday to watch Lewis drive 44 in Ferrari red! ♥️

Isn't this why they fired Johnny Herbert? How come Warwick only gets suspended?

I think they should be allowed to offer their professional opinion, but FIA rules have to be applied evenly.

Autistic person with sensory issues here. Chamois and soft flannel definitely help me to wear shirts more often. Also, having cuffs that aren't too baggy so that I can wear the sleeves unbuttoned really makes a difference

Yeah that's fair. He did give some good insights and made the overall commentary more interesting.
June 1, 2025 at 3:09 PM
He had some good insights but I was frequently frustrated when Crofty asked his opinion and he answered with a variation of 'we don't know yet'. My friend, it is your JOB to speculate that is why you are asked for your opinion.

Yep, but he called it his baby this morning so hopefully he's getting happier with it 😂

Great race for Lewis to end in the top 5 from 12th.

Really hope this is the start of things clicking for him at Ferrari.

Will be sad if we see the end of racing at Imola though.

What is the point in Dejphon Chansiri clinging on at Sheffield Wednesday? It can’t be fun anymore
Sheffield Wednesday haven’t paid their players on time again, and it’s been as well received as you’d expect.

Glad that Yuki gets the chance to drive the Red Bull. I personally think he deserved it in the winter, but surely this just shows the unfairness of Red Bull running two teams. Anyone other team wanting to do this would have to take a risk on a reserve driver, not one already on the grid.
CONFIRMED: Yuki Tsunoda will race for Red Bull from the Japanese Grand Prix onwards, replacing Liam Lawson who returns to Racing Bulls #F1
