In the oven at 400F for 20 mins, but I turned them after 10-12 minutes and reduced the temp to 375. Recipe made about 18-20 1" meatballs. 2/2

We had some pre-made fresh meatballs from the store, but they weren't great, so I got a recipe for 'soft' meatballs on the interweb, and they were great: Add a torn-up slice of plain bread to 1/2 lb burger and 1/4 lb sausage, grated onion, 1 egg plus seasonings. 1/2

As we wrote in a 2008 post, standard dictionaries now accept “jerry-rigged” as a legitimate usage.
