chest + back today!!!! increased my weight by 10 for lat pulldown + chest press and it was a noticeable difficulty increase but doable!! Also stopped neglecting chest flys :) pretty good lift today! Work to be done but good progress 🫡

Abs + Cardio for the first time in god knows how long. I learned that running for the entire duration of a once piece episode makes the treadmill so much easier so that’s gonna be my strat from now on :)
