So Trump demands an apology from the Episcopal Church for the bishop's sermon? The Constitution guarantees fredom of speech and prohobits the Government from interfering with religion. The only "weapon" he has is to remove their tax exemption and open the floodgates of claims against many churches.

Justice Roberts did not nullify section 3 of the 14th Amendment. He said Congress needed to addtess it, but that was not part of the offcial ruling. The Colorado case was overturned on technical grounds that individual states do not have standing in federal elections.
