The #mets might or might not get it done this weekend, bet even if we do make it, what can we really expect with this pitching situation. Its all in the hands of the kids and an overworked bullpen. Going to be a tough road against the league's best.

Got to meet #njdevils great Brian Rafalski. He added his signature to my framed piece containing the NY paper's sports backpages from each of the Devils 3 cup wins. It's signed by Stevens, Daneyko, Elias, Brodeur and now Rafalski. Wish list to add: Neidermayer, Lou, Sarge, and Lemaire. Thanks Vic!

Day 18 of the 24/25 #ski season Mon. 1/20 at @strattonresort.bsky.social was cold, but fine with an extra layer or 2. 6 inchs of fresh overnight. Highlights: powder stashes on Sunbeam, Rick's Catch 22 & Rising Star, and the trees, Vertigo and Test Pilot. Never made it to Snow Bowl side. Amazing Day!

Day 14 of the 24/25 season 1/5. Woke up to a few inches of fresh and it kept snowing all day. Concentrated on the trees. Vertigo and Kidderbrook Ravine. Both amazing. Back at it next weekend.

#Ski days 8-12 of the 24/25 season happened 12/28-1/1 at @strattonresort.bsky.social . Looked bad w/ rain 4 out of 5 days. Holiday crowds away but the skiing was actually good-mostly mist, not rain. 1/1 featured 5 inches of fresh powder, making it a great day. Days 13 and 14 coming up this weekend!

My favorite musician is George Porter Jr. Yesterday he turned 77 years old. Here he is celebrating at the Maple Leaf Bar last night. Happy Birthday George!!! www.youtube.com/live/AWCsEiT...
On Days 6 & 7 of the 24/25 ski season @strattonresort , we stepped into the freezer and it was cold cold cold! A few inches of fresh snow gifted us with some grippy surfaces to turn on. We put on a few extra layers, utilized hand and toe warmers and we had a great time. Back at it next week! ⛷️

Day #5 of the 24/25 ski season in the books at Stratton,VT. Fun day with lots of quick turns. The upper mountain was pretty slick but Suntanner had nice grippy snow So I leaned on it for multiple laps.⛷️🚡🥽
