TW already has over 187 convictions, AW 128; water companies total 1,135. Still fleecing customers, dumping sewage, paying dividends.

REFORM intend to remove all low traffic neighbourhoods from 10 local authorities that do not have any LTN's. Once again taking shortcuts to thinking it through. Might look good on paper but wait a minute...
