Not every developer task requires a general-purpose LLM.

We’re betting on specialized focal LLMs – smaller, faster, and focused.

Join @jetbrains and @huggingface for a livestream on how focal models like Mellum will shape the industry.

TIL: Place the caret on a line in IntelliJ without selecting any text and hit Ctrl-C, it will copy the entire line.

I know Ctrl-D, Ctrl-Y, Ctrl-Alt-L which are also covered on page 100. Do you? If not, maybe get Getting 2 Know IntelliJ IDEA.💡

OK, this is probably the most impressive thing I have experienced with JetBrains #Junie since I started using it a month ago. I tried developing an IntelliJ plugin today & I had very low expectations. But it only needed a few iterations to create a working solution

Yup, very real and extremely powerful!
Rubber-ducking is real. This week a colleague helped me fix two tricksy bugs. His main contribution was existing. 😂

By the time I'd messaged him a sufficiently detailed explanation of the problem, I could see the solution.
