i feel less like a hack for using flower+foliage brushes when i do draw a couple somewhere in there before resorting to brushes in the background. i do also paint over them a little so there is that. yippee.

yes i think its a large chunk of his facade and a little bit of his big brother archetype creating this. he would LOVE being compared to sidon (sidon is many of the things he thinks he should be and wants people to believe he is) but hes worse than that inside.

its occurring to me that i only have two weeks until i leave for tsukino. and in that time i have 5 social engagements. one of which is my girlfriend meeting my mother and two of my siblings. and of the 9 remaining engagement free days. i have to actually plan our tsukino table + pack + ????????????

the lore behind this is that my friend used to live in dubai and found him on the beach there. he wasn't supposed to be adopting a cat or anything so he was technically only fostering him while he healed from his injuries. to avoid attachment, he named the cat after something he hated. didnt work!
