i managed to suppress the habit down to "blaming myself",
but the habit of "blaming" to begin with is kinda one of those generational trauma i got to inherit isn't it
even if it's not the same vocal yelling, as long as it continues to happen, even internally...

I used to have to stay offline when i knew a certain meme would make the rounds, avoided many social situations, and certain topics would send me into a panic. I'm a lot better now. Still sensitive, I still curate my spaces, but god, it feels like being free from a cage when exposure therapy works

bueehg after a funeral and noisy family things for like most of last month and general year end moping my head's been all over the place

i wanna be better to the people i care about but i seem to be stretched thin mentally for one reason or another and time passes waugh
haven't seemed to make people outwardly fed up with me too much so it's probably not as urgent as brain anxieties feel, but
