I can’t speak for every city, but here in LA, ICE bounty hunters aren’t going after gang members. They’re hunting the vulnerable: gardeners, street vendors, day laborers.
Easy money, no risk.

BREAKING: A few minutes ago, a vehicle of three people was rammed by a truck belonging to federal immigration authorities in Boyle Heights, CA. According to security footage shown to me, they deployed chemical munitions & detained the driver at gunpoint. All are US citizens according to the wife.

Made a move recently. Could NOT have been more of a shit show than it was. But thankfully we’re out of Vegas. That’s a little city with some SERIOUS big city problems. It could be an amazing place to live, should leadership actually so something about it.

Laying here waiting for a heart biopsy. Shockingly calm for even being inside a hospital, so my PTSD will hopefully stay on the sidelines long enough to get through the next hour. Just a little extra check to make sure the issues I’ve had lately aren’t from transplant. The plan is home after.
