Pick your focus and stick with it. We cannot fight in all fronts or we will become overwhelmed. But we can all peel off a corner in our area of expertise and begin to reveal effective strategies for resisting the chaos. Every single one of us has something to offer.

I turn 40 in 4 months. Majority of my life I struggled with confidence, finances, career, relationships, vulnerability, honesty and health. And what I've learned is that every one of those things - centered around my sense of worth and the limiting beliefs I held about myself.
