Get in. We made hard work of it - harder than it should have been - but you can’t say it’s not entertaining. Six points from those three games is a total all City fans would have taken before kick-off at Carrow Road too. Joseph a star today. Slater great too. #hcafc

What a ball! What a finish. NOW NOWT DAFT!!!

‘There’s not long to go until half/full time so let’s not take any unnecessary risks or do owt daft’ should be painted in massive letters in the Hull City dressing room.

Amir’s fault 100%. A minute left and he unnecessarily fucks about like that. The amount of pathetic, needless brainfarts our players undertake is infuriating.

Fantastic. Coyle playing a blinder and Joseph has deserved that.

Our defending on both the edge of our box and on set pieces really isn’t good enough.

Had a go at paying tribute to Don… perhaps our most charismatic and likeable chairman ever. Have a look if you can 🧡🖤

For a team with so much height, we pose very little threat from set pieces.
November 4, 2025 at 9:37 PM
Disgraceful by Pandur but the whole defence could have been much more decisive and active there. We should not be losing this.

Phew! And as tough a watch as that second half was we have just beaten the pre-season favourites and had this XI not starting.
Philips, Coyle, Williams, Egan, Famewo, Matazo, Lundstram, Gyabi, Belloumi, Ndala, McBurnie.
Not to mention Destan, Akintola, McCarthy. And TLT and Burstow on loan. #hcafc

Going 2-0 up and Aaron Ramsey scoring. Feels a bit ominous. The goal was coming though. Felt subs should have been made a while back.

Everything about Liam Millar is simply wonderful.

Funny old game. Coming back like that shows great character and guts. But we can’t ignore how easy we are to carve open and ultimately score against.
September 30, 2025 at 8:40 PM
That Giles-Millar link up looks tasty, doesn’t it? Come on City. All of this makes that first half so fucking baffling.
September 30, 2025 at 8:17 PM
Much better. All of which makes that initial team selection so frustrating.

At what point do we start constructing sentences with the words ‘Shota’, ‘Averladze’ and ‘defending’ in them? Even if we go on to win this, the number of goals we concede is completely unacceptable. #hcafc
September 30, 2025 at 6:53 PM
Fucking pathetic. Utterly fucking pathetic. Conceding two weak as piss goals from two corners in the space of a few days is unacceptable.
September 30, 2025 at 6:49 PM
All set. Come on City.

So sad to hear of the death of the great Ken Houghton. A wonderful footballer and an even better man. Our thoughts are with his family and friends. Rest in peace, Ken.

Sad news, but what a life. Once saw him being very lovely to some security staff at Trent Bridge who wouldn’t let him into the car park. Stood and watched while he entertained everyone as they waited for his clearance to come through. No ego, no histrionics, just kindness and decency. RIP Dickie
It is with profound sadness that The Yorkshire County Cricket Club announces the passing of Harold Dennis “Dickie” Bird MBE OBE, one of cricket’s most beloved figures, who died peacefully at home at the age of 92.

How have they scored twice? We can’t clear our lines properly, that’s how. We look great going forward but that’s two really sloppy goals. #hcafc

Nice to have you back, City. Now let’s do this thing.

The handball rule is fucking stupid. Refs have no common sense and are fucking stupid. No one who loves football could possibly think that was a penalty to Ipswich.
August 8, 2025 at 8:54 PM
If we do get McBurnie and Joffy then you have to say fair play to the owners and brains team for delivering an impressive transfer window. We will have a big, nasty, experienced team with a bit of flair. We should never have got into the transfer embargo situation but this has helped make up for it
