My solution to contact dermatitis from the fake tree: cover myself in leather first.
Threw on ye olde leather jacket and some crummy old gloves that are too large and handled the tree like it was a porcupine

Decided I’m gonna set up my Xmas tree (which is a garish baby pink) now because I’m not dealing with this after I’ve had knee surgery

It’s not that I’m not doing art right now it’s just that I started playing The Long Dark again and I don’t know where the hours go.
Also I have lots of rocks I need to wire wrap. I miss actual silversmithing. Plan is to get silver wire for these and practice with copper wire til I’m good

I don’t watch sports but I LOVE the Physical 100/Physical Asia shows. Something about watching athletes from different disciplines compete against each other in events that are totally unrelated to their own sports is just more exciting to me than watching people do their own sport I guess

Alright folks I ordered this foam leg elevation pillow for my upcoming acl surgery and it’s been almost 24 hours and it’s still compressed. Product shot for comparison. Any magic or science I can do to make it look more like the actual thing 😅
