For side effects, it heavily depends on the culture & how much they do. Like the more a Psyking does it, the more brain fog they get. Or a Somdiabrah, who uses shadows for magic, could die from over expending. (2/2)

I would love to answer! Not everyone in the world can cast or perform magic, but those who do can have the ability to train into a bigger reservoir.
To either perform great spells, or increase their stamina of the magic. One must do smaller things in short bursts. Kinda like exercising. (1/2)

Like Yintras. A small pine needle like creature that eats rumors, and people may just think they are a stick bug or even a pine needle.
