Twitch just did a massive Global Emote Purge. The oldest emote removed dates back to 2021.
Pure Speculation, but many of these look like third-party characters that maybe they had some sort of licensing deal with... so that is one possible reason for this purge.

Today's greatest achievement was to recreate the PS2 PAL exclusive warehouse skip in Metal Gear Solid 3. After 90 minutes of trying and failing, eventually with the help of glitch hunter and speedrunner Apel i made it work:
