So for my most recent blood tests they checked my cholesterol and it was high?? And I was so indignant because I basically live off supplements and smoothies?? Anyway the GP was weirdly dismissive of this and I just found out it's another long covid thing ugh time.com/6283408/covi...

I'm optimistic about a lot of things but the UK government is never one of them. Pretty sure Starmer will be making a statement in support of Israel soon.

I don't care how "nice" everyone is here. I want to see how compassionate people are. We have the opportunity to rescue 6 children out of their freezing soaking wet makeshift tents and give them somewhere warm and dry to sleep. It's a fully verified appeal. Who's in? chuffed.org/project/1173...

Rainwater is flooding tents in Gaza. And they were already freezing due to lack of blankets and warm clothing. And let's not forget they're all either hungry or starving, many of them injured/ sick as well. And half of the displaced are children.

When I took 8yo to get his first glasses I filmed the entire appointment because I expected a joyful/ emotional "omg HD vision" moment but instead I got 27 minutes of bored child wanting to hurry up and go home
This is actually how a boy in my class found out he needs glasses 😭😭😭 I had two pairs and he would ask to borrow one almost every lesson because he liked "seeing in HD". Except it wasn't HD, his own vision just SUCKED.
Jai took my inhaler out of my hands and took a puff randomly and said "wow im breathing in hd now" 😭
