Having exercise induced asthma is frustrating. Am I experiencing an attack or is this the normal feeling of working out? Have you ever had a problem breathing while in the middle of a pool? Fear of death through exercise is real.

I was at a convention last weekend & a stranger wearing a face mask came up to me interrupting a conversation “Hi! It’s been a long time.” I’m always awkward when I don’t remember a person who obviously knows me. “Uh. Yeah. I have a cold. You don’t want to be close to me.” They walked away.
