My granddad’s funeral is on Friday and I’ve been panicking about needing to get a black tie to go with my suit. But apparently other people aren’t wearing black at all now. Is this a common thing now? Is it okay to just not be wearing black at a funeral?

Being cold makes me want a hot chocolate, but that involves going outside where it’s even more cold, which I can’t bring myself to do because I’ve not had a hot chocolate. The cocoa paradox 😢🥶
