Congrats to @tenantstogether.bsky.social on #SB436 passing the CA Senate! Tenants only get 3 days notice to pay overdue rent before eviction proceedings can begin. This lets tenants resolve the suit by paying back rent after that, preventing evictions and homelessness. 21 other states allow this
