With all of our wonderful Canadian distilleries, surely one of them can fill the void of a smooth honey whiskey with JD off the shelves. (Not spiced honey)

Our youngest wanted to try fishing. Needless to say her grandfather was happy to oblige 🐟🩷

There’s nothing quite like opening your kitchen door to a pile of bear scat on your deck (not expected with the height or our deck at all)

After 20 years of back to school and the roller coaster it’s been, I can honestly say I’m about as excited as our teenager. 🫠

We took advantage of the Canada Strong pass for this year’s vacation. Fort Louisbourg (twice) and the Alexander Graham Bell Museum

Spent the afternoon, at the request of my die hard Amazing Race Canada fan, at the beautiful Metepenagiag heritage park.

Seeing this a lot this vacation. Reduced wait times for knee replacement likely saved dad’s life as pre op flagged his heart rate and he needs a pacemaker. Instead of writing off a dizzy spell, he got checked out and bumped up, requires constant monitoring & waiting for a bed in SJ #silverlings

When we talk about our property tax model in New Brunswick it’s inequity like this that drives me bonkers. Originally zoned for 🟢 space within city limits these are permitted as seasonal living, decks & all for less than the cost of a 1 night camper lot

I miss the Miramichi sunsets I grew up with.

Another visit, not a single pedestrian on the Centennial bridge spotted (we’ve spent the majority of our visits on the Waterford green in plain sight of the bridge)

Love spending some time on the Miramichi.

We were very fortunate when our DD’s schedule changed for second semester and she had a new more inclusive teacher for math. Mark up 20% compared to S1 and use of methods and resources down significantly. Inclusive education matters!

Could we possibly get back to long neck beer bottles with more aluminum tariffs?

They say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Thanks PP for proving that is disinformation ;)

Happy heavenly 54th birthday my dear friend. I miss you so much. 💔

I will always love my hometown but pushing for a pedestrian solution for the centennial bridge, adding millions to the total for 9-14 people who rely on a foot crossing out of necessity instead of considering other options blows my mind.

We're sending a few of our province's best products to Canada's Premiers to give them a taste of what New Brunswick has to offer as we continue working together to break down trade barriers.
