The senate added the provision to the C R that senators whose phone records were obtained (by court order) by Jack Smith can sue the government. NSA records lots of phone calls can the public sue the government?

I’m concerned. I don’t believe Trump is the least bothered by a ship leaving Venezuela with drugs. Could he be starting a war to justify use of the Enemy Aliens Act

I can’t understand SCOTUS ruling allowing deportation without due process. Nowhere in the fourth amendment does it say citizens, it states all people to be safe in their person, houses, papers and effects
