Sad golf course, but much more complicated of course. And, explained so effectively by Julia.
I couldn’t figure out the hook of this complicated yet (tbh) insignificant story that mattered so much to the folks living there. Then I saw how @haileyjhoffman.bsky.social chose to capture it visually and I was like oh yeah duh. The sad golf course is the whole point.

Monday, Dec. 16 marks one year since a fire destroyed the 135-year-old Terminal Building in Fairhaven and took the life of local business owner Nate Breaux. The historic building was a favorite gathering spot for many.
