When I moved back to Seattle, it made me very happy. But I keep wanting things to go back to how it used to be. Instead I’m seeing business close left & right while corporations keep laying people off. It’s hard to remain happy when the future is so uncertain. To say nothing of the state of the USA.

Purrseus got sick on his way to the oncologist. It was bad. Vomit and diarrhea. He got an ultrasound and his GI tract looks more thickened which is concerning but there’s no indications of progression to large cell lymphoma. And he’s gained weight. Also no signs of torn ligaments, just arthritis. 🧵

Apparently Gabapentin tastes so bad it’s actually worse than the chemotherapy drug Chlorambucil. Purrseus will not eat it today no matter how many treats I stick on it. I only got him to eat a small piece. This is how I get my boy to travel in the car without throwing up :(

I don’t know what this administration is trying to do here. Their MO is to do something shitty and blame it on democrats. But they’re going to the Supreme Court asking NOT to fund SNAP. There’s no dodging what they’re doing here and I hope everyone sees this for what it is.
