Dear people of the U.K. (ostensibly England and Wales)

Until you realise this country is fucked because of 14 years of terrible mismanagement in every way by the Tories….

You will end up with Reform U.K. Ltd (Tories on crack) running this country.

And you think it’s bad now?!

I was quite surprised, given the amount of negative press that would have you believe that this government is the worst we’ve had yet.

I’ll put the link in the next post but given we had a complete shit show with the Tories, this is astonishing. Do reshare or bookmark the link, it’s handy.

I've completely lost patience with most of the UK public.

Their extremely negative and dismissive attitude to everything.

Their permanent misery in every comment.

Their eagerness to complain without first finding out the facts.

Their insistence that unless things are done...

The last Government didn't care for the people of this country. They saw a pandemic as an opportunity to get rich. The sourcing of PPE was delayed in order to favour their mates. Ppl died. They partied. The bodies did "pile high".
Never forget.
When Covid struck I was 63. I worried each day I might need to use the NHS. I offered atheist prayers asking to stay healthy. Luckily I did.

Reading Labour’s plans for the NHS today I realise we are in such a better place than we were. NHS in safe hands thanks to Rachel and Wes

A reminder to people that just a couple off weeks ago Reform said they would cut government spending by £300-400bn a year.

That is a solid 25-33% of all government spending.

Imagine what would be cut to get to those levels.

Now decide how YOU are going to stop it from happening.

It will fulfil the promise to end single year funding settlements and give councils certainty over multiple years.

A consultation is also happening to ensure calculated funding is fairer for all councils.
