The problem of a cloud password manager is that the incentive to hack it is not only to get your passwords, but everyone who is using the service at the same time. Local first password managers makes so much more sense. 🔐

Urban residents throughout US, Canada, & Australia largely get around by car. But Europe is a mixed bag, w/cities dominated by cars (Rome) as well as bikes (Utrecht) or transit (Paris)
